A new project has been established by the famous construction company TAHINCIGLU in Maltepe  The project is located in Maltepe opposite the Marmara Sea and the wonderful city of Istanbul

The project consists of 14 buildings with a height of 24 floors, with 1400 apartments

The project got the names of the princesses islands as it also faces the islands and is divided into 6 different stages, each stage has its own specifications and peculiarities

The KINALI stage is ready to move in and it consists of 3 buildings and 296 apartments. The apartments vary between (1 + 2 and 4 + 1). The rest of the apartments for sale are 3 + 1 with an area of ​​160 square meters

HEYBELI stage is ready to move in and consists of 1 block and 218 apartments that have been completely sold

The BURGAZ phase is under construction and will be completed by the end of 2021. It consists of 4 buildings and 348 apartments. This phase contains the duplexes in the project, where you will find (1 + 1, 1 + 2, 1 + 3, 4 + 1, 1 + 2 duplexes and 3 +). 1 to 5+1 duplexes

KUCUKYALI MAHALLE is under construction and consists of 2 blocks and 30 apartments, all of which are completely sold out. KUCUKYALI MAHALLE will be delivered by the end of 2021 as well.

The SEDAF phase consists of two buildings under construction consisting of 333 apartments that have been completely sold and this phase will be delivered by the end of 2023

The KUCUKYALI stage is two office blocks to be delivered by the end of 2023 and all of them are completely sold out

Each stage has its own facilities as well as its privacy, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, walking terraces, children's play areas, and ball courts. 24 hour security

The project contains its own Palladium Mall, which is under construction and will include many famous shops and brands in Turkey and from all over the world.
